These terms cover use of the public Love Denver website at www.lovedenver.net and the internal administration tool at ops.lovedenver.net ("Love Denver Ops"). Love Denver is a free annual back-to-school community event in Denver, North Carolina, organized by a coalition of local churches.
Public site
Anyone can browse the public site, sign up to volunteer, or submit a contact message. The information you submit is used only to coordinate the event. We do not advertise to you or share your information with marketers.
Love Denver Ops — authorized use only
Love Denver Ops accounts are issued by invitation only to people serving the event in a staff or leadership role. You may access Love Denver Ops only with credentials issued to you by a Love Denver administrator. Don't share your login, don't use someone else's, and don't try to access areas of the tool that haven't been granted to your role. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to bbarbour@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
- Use these tools only to support the Love Denver event and the volunteers who serve through it.
- Treat volunteer contact information confidentially. Don't export, email, or otherwise share lists of volunteers outside the event-coordination team.
- Don't probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the system.
- If you spot a security issue, please tell us first at bbarbour@gmail.com before disclosing it publicly.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password (or Google account) secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, change your password and let us know. An administrator can also revoke your access at any time. By signing in with Google, you authorize Love Denver Ops to receive your basic Google profile (name, email, account identifier) for authentication purposes.
No warranty
Both the public site and Love Denver Ops are provided as-is, free of charge, for the volunteer-coordination work of the event. We do our best to keep them working but make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Privacy
Use of these services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and how we use it.
Termination
Either side can end your access at any time, for any reason. On termination, we deactivate your admin account; your historical activity in audit logs and event records persists for the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Meaningful changes will be noted by updating the "Effective" date above and notifying active admin users by email.
